These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FroggyFunds, the mobile app and website (together, the “Service”), provided by Hilbren Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who can create an account

FroggyFunds accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian (“Parent”). By creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult with the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the children you add to your family. Children use the Service only through a Parent’s account and a device the Parent has connected, and do not create their own login credentials.

Play money, not real money

FroggyFunds uses play money to help families practice conversations about earning, spending, and saving. Balances, allowances, chores, and goals inside the app are for learning purposes only. FroggyFunds does not connect to real bank accounts, debit or credit cards, or any real payment method, and nothing in the app constitutes a real financial account, a deposit, a loan, an investment, or a promise of any real-world monetary value. Amounts shown in the app cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for real money or goods through the Service.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Provide accurate information when setting up your family and children’s profiles.
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose of family money-learning activities, and only in ways that are lawful and appropriate for a family and children’s audience.
• Supervise your child’s use of the Service, including any chores, goals, or amounts you assign.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to collect information about children beyond what the Service itself requests.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that could harm, mislead, or exploit any user, especially a child.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for a family audience.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, logo, mascot, designs, and content, is owned by Hilbren Technologies LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers (for example, database and authentication services) to operate. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, though we work to minimize their impact on you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. FroggyFunds is an educational tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hilbren Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to other users, especially children.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify Parents through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
